Every time we turn around these days, we are being bombarded by another "Juice" product promising miracle benefits in a short period of time. People are fascinated by this quick fix mentality, and it seems the more outrageous the story, the more people want to believe it. They all seem to feature unique "ingredients" that are being harvested in some remote location, where the secret has been kept for years...Until Now!

It is obvious that people are willing to go to great lengths and spare no expense when it comes to their wellbeing. The health and wellness industry is exploding at breakneck speed these days and is being fueled by the baby boomers voracious appetite for all things that promise to add more years to their life or more life to their years.

In private practice over the last 15 years, I have treated Olympic Athletes and many of Hollywood's most well known actors and actresses. I have been on the front lines of this battle that is being waged against degenerative disease and the aging process. There is no doubt that nutrition has shown to be wholesale tribulus terrestris dosages reviews side effects important in the battle to reclaim our good health.

We know that consumption of fruits and vegetables that are rich in antioxidants play a very important role in the body's ability to fight the effects of the environment in which we live. Stress, poor diet and environmental pollutants all reduce the effectiveness of our body's natural defenses, our immune system. We know that statistically, only about 10% of Americans meet the established dietary guidelines when it comes to fruit and vegetable consumption. Our addiction to convenience and processed foods means that we are not getting the important micronutrients that we need to maintain a healthy immune system. With these nutritionally deficient diets, it is no wonder that people seem to have a more difficult time staying healthy these days.

What is the Answer? It certainly is not "One Magic Ingredient". The most comprehensive option I have seen on the market today is a product called "Youth Juice". Youth Juice or "YJ" is a one of a kind superfood that combines the power of 7 whole organic berries with 3 sea vegetables to form a very potent, anti-oxidant and nutrient rich beverage. You have probably heard of all of the berries that are in this product, Raspberries, Blueberries, Boysenberries, Blackberries etc... The product does not contain any filtered water, juice from concentrate or "natural" flavorings, and each 3oz. serving delivers an astounding 13,000 ORAC. Youth Juice also has an incredible vitamin and mineral profile and features two of the most exciting discoveries in nutritional science: Ellagitannins and Fucoidan.

No single food has all of the answers; a wide variety of whole food nutrition is obviously best when it comes to providing your body with everything that it needs. Youth Juice goes along way toward providing a convenient option to deliver a wide spectrum of micronutrients that will absolutely help the majority of Americans plug the gaping holes in their diet.
